„Underground“ is the Metalhead exclusive story created and styled by Katie Marlborough, an Irish-born fashion stylist and creative director based in Berlin. Recently, Katie collaborated with photographers Maša Stanić and Noah Heupel, both known for their innovative, boundary-pushing work, to create an editorial inspired by the raw energy of underground music subcultures.

The result is UNDERGROUND—a dynamic editorial that explores the essence of rock and punk style. It’s a celebration of rebellion and authenticity, capturing the spirit that thrives beyond the mainstream. Growing up surrounded by the sounds of her punk dad’s music collection—from Interpol to The Cure and The Strokes—this project channels that same unfiltered, raw edge that has always shaped Katie’s creative direction and personal style.
